For one-off donation, a donation receipt will be sent to you after about 2 weeks.  For monthly donation, a donation receipt for your donation pledged in the last financial year will be issued in May.

Not necessarily.  The donation receipt will be issued according to the name and details specified on the donation form. 

We are registered charity in Hong Kong.  For donations HK$100 or above are tax deductible in Hong Kong.

Yes, you can select the event under ‘Donation Designation’ or specify it at ‘Remarks’ on the online donation form.

All credit card banks will levy service charge to CCF.  Donors do not have to pay any extra charges.

Donation form is not required for cheque donation.

Please make a crossed cheque payable to ‘Children’s Cancer Foundation’ and send to our office at Room 702, Tung Ning Building, 125 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. If you need an official receipt, please send along with the crossed cheque your name, address and telephone number.

A letter will be sent in advance to inform you of the first debit date of your monthly donation.

For bank account autopay, it will be the 16^th of each month or the next business day if it is a public holiday. For credit card autopay, it will be in the period of 25^th and 30^th of each month.

To change your monthly donation amount, bank autopay or credit card details, for security reasons we suggest you send us a fax at +852 2815 5511, email us at donation@ccf.org.hk or contact Miss Tsang at +852 2815 2525. Please note that according to bank requirements, the donor’s original signature is required for changing bank autopay information.

CCF does not have a membership system for donation.

However, with a minimum donation of HK$300/month or HK$5,000 one-off made to CPCF, you can become a member of 'Friends of CPC'. Please click here for details (Chinese only).
