Timothy is a practising lawyer in both Hong Kong and Australia. He is a partner of a Hong Kong law firm and advises both individual and corporate clients.

Timothy holds two bachelor’s degrees and six master’s degrees. They include Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, Master of Industrial Property, Master of Applied Law, Master of Strategic Public Relations, Master of Buddhist Studies, and Master of Buddhist Counselling.

Timothy was a volunteer of CCF’s service team prior to being elected to the Board of Governors.
