Timothy is a practising lawyer in both Hong Kong and Australia. He is a partner of a Hong Kong law firm and advises both individual and corporate clients.

Timothy holds two bachelor’s degrees and five master’s degrees. They include Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, Master of Industrial Property, Master of Applied Law, Master of Strategic Public Relations, and Master of Buddhist Studies. Timothy is currently pursuing his sixth master’s programme, the Master of Buddhist Counselling at the University of Hong Kong to be completed in 2020.

Timothy was a volunteer of CCF’s service team prior to being elected to the Board of Governors.
